Northeast Colorado Springs is the area south of Woodmen Rd, north of Fillmore Street, east of Centennial Blvd, and west of Union Blvd. The area has a wide array of home prices, home styles and years the homes were built. The area includes some incredible open spaces such as Austin Bluffs Open Space and Pulpit Rock Park. The University of Colorado Colorado Springs (UCCS) is situated within the Northeast Colorado Springs area. The area features breathtaking views of the Front Range Rocky Mountains including Pikes Peak.
